Stock Market Trading Hours – Overview

Several Stock prices still fluctuate although the stock exchange has been closed already ,and this is a friend of mine recently asked my how it is probable.The answer deceit in extended trading hours.
The normal trading hours are much diverse than extended trading hours. If you need to join you have to know them and there are other rules. Firstly, only as the regular trading hours are more it does not mean that there may be no other trades.
Extended trading hours are generally for institutional traders but you may put an order as good as long as your broker supports it , so this is where do trades take place.At this time , most modern online brokers do.
You may regularly place trades and get perform until 7pm or 8 pm EST. But it every depends on the quantity and liquidity at this point. One thing is essential.There are other system and the during regular trading usually much higher than liquidity.
You will have to put limit orders if your broker takes orders. Probability are high that you just take a partial fill or not filled at altogether.Or you take an unusual lots. This indicates higher risk that you perhaps may not exit the trade when you need.
One more problem with after hours trading is the wider extends. This means higher risks and higher costs for you because of the lower liquidity the extends start to widen.
You will complete with professional traders , since private investors are rarely participating. This may also mean a higher risk to you.There are best opportunities after hours as long as you understand what you act , this is why would somebody need to trade after-hours.Companies essential news and do report earnings after hours for instance.Investors are still waiting for the next trading day to start while this gives you a possibility to react on the news and get in or out of a stock .
Before the market opens a lot of traders enter after hours and exit the next day. So the finally they get a benefit before others even begin trading.
