One of the hypes of this generation for fast becoming is option trading.Beside that , for entry to the fast track , option trading has been and still is being taught all over the world as definitive investment instrument. This option trading hype in a very big way , one of the popular speakers like Robert Kiyosaki have fuelled.in fact to the rising popularity of option trading is steadily rising of option contracts that have been traded over the past years.

Option Trading does have fundamental limitations because this is one of the most versatile investement vehicles that have ever been created.

The quantity of otionable in the markets is very quite limited , for at present time. In the US markets proffer stock options just 2649 out of 7277 tradable securities. The universe of tradable securities about 36% for now.It is even lesser in other markets in the world. For investors this results in a fairly limited to choice.

Secondly, Pretty limited is also the liquidity of most stock options trading.Evidence , just a handful of stocks have options with liquidity to handle a respectable fund size.As freely in option trading as they may in trading shares, perhaps this result difficult for investors with biggers to participate. Now ,Option trading perhaps more productive as a hedging instrument against a large portfolio of shares.

Thirdly, option trading is fast becoming the favorite of small investors with only a very small fund to trade with, because its liquidity and its leverage effects.Though, option trading speakers all over the world require an extremely high commission outlay that is much higher than if you trade stocks and also several complex spread strategies that are being taught. Any possible profits from these complex spread strategies although these high commissions frequently eliminate.

.I optimism you will able to make an even more informed decision when applying option trading as part of you overall investment strategy in your mind.

Then it is time you change teacher to somebody who teaches the truths , if who you are learning from is just telling you all the pros and none of the cons.
